Good reminders on shoulders and knees during the serve. How about the toss: My toss ends up making the path of the ball into a loop that ends up over my head, not out in front where I can see it and hit it. Ugh!
Tossing the ball so it goes straight up and straight down is a challenge.
This instruction makes all the difference in my serves. I get more power & depth. Thanks Brady
Good info , thanks.
Any “hints” for players that use the pinpoint stance by chance?
yep good points
Thanks the info will help me with my students!
Brady
Great series of steps !
Could you show a close-up view of the position of the ball as you get ready to toss it?
