The serve consists of many parts that all must flow together. In today’s lesson (3 of 5), Brady progressively goes through what should occur with the legs and shoulders in the service motion.

Good reminders on shoulders and knees during the serve. How about the toss: My toss ends up making the path of the ball into a loop that ends up over my head, not out in front where I can see it and hit it. Ugh!
Tossing the ball so it goes straight up and straight down is a challenge.

Any “hints” for players that use the pinpoint stance by chance?

    Great series of steps !
Could you show a close-up view of the position of the ball as you get ready to toss it?
