A well-placed first serve out wide on the ad court is an extremely tough ball to return. Find out the best way to attempt to get this ball back in play in today’s lesson with Brady.

I use continental grip for all my returns because I have a double backhand so I have three shots to my one forehand shot. Only if I know I’ll be receiving a weak serve do I change to the forehand grip. If you do it all the time a grip change if needed is easy.

Great stuff on returning T and wide serves, it would be great do the same on body serves at some point.
Also perhaps some sessions on any variations for returning serve in doubles?
Thanks
No grip change is required with SW grip.
I know singles is your main thing. But it’s 3 times as difficult to make the wide ad-side return when playing doubles.
Sorry, I guess I had a rough week in the league!

Excellent illustration to return a big serve but would like to see with 2 handed backhand.
