Hitting a second serve that keeps your opponent from attacking you is vital. In today’s lesson, Brady demonstrates effective serves that work especially well on the ad side.

If you have a right hand opponent standing near or in the double sideline on the AD side, where do you hit the serve. This opponent is quick and a better than average tennis player. He does have a weak back hand. He can reach a serve down the T, too.

I would aim for his/ her body and try to cramp the opponent.
