You may have been told to stay out of “no man’s land” by a coach, however there are certainly times when that’s simply not true. In today’s lesson, Brady demonstrates 3 times that you should position yourself in “no man’s land.”

    As a “begginer” singles player I don’t recognize when I hit a shot to make my opponent be “in trouble”. I’m just focusing on coming up when I hit good shot to their BH side to start to get into a better habit. Great video. Helped out alot!
