Sadly because of non-dominate shoulder issues I am not able to move my left arm back. I end up more or less having to do an abbreviated backward movement to reduce the pain. I am doing physical therapy which I hope helps, but I am 77 so I’m not sure what improvement I can make.

This is really good content! Specially, the lunging into the ball and exaggerated non-dominant hand. I will definitely incorporate this in my one-handed backhand.
