    Hey Brady
    I find this “translates” to my current need to forehand prep earlier. Hope I am not getting too off base here, but the same instructions apply. Turn the shoulders immediately and get the footwork in order. I know I take too long on forehand prep but for the most part will crush any lob. For me this means I need to apply the same discipline you outline here to my forehand. Kind of went a bit off message here ; but letting you know it translates for me. As always thanks for these videos.
