The serve consists of many parts that all must flow together. In today’s lesson (5 of 5), Brady finishes things off by discussing a few different acceptable variations that you can use in your service motion.

    great series…unfortunately my weakened should keeps me from having much of a serve…a ‘waiter’ serve is all I can do. Am working on repairing my shoulder and hopefully I will be able to go thru the proper motions. This was an excellent presentation by You and Mark.

    Really helpful series. One point I didn’t see is the notion of a ” snap” when moving in to strike to maximise the speed of the racket. Is that something you could comment on? rgds
