Performing proper pronation is not the easiest thing to do in tennis. In today’s lesson, Brady takes a page out of Nick Bolleterri’s bag of tricks to encourage pronation on the serve and overhead.

    Great video as usual. Does this cracking the top of the egg technique mean that you don’t need to hold the racquet in a continental grip? Can it be done with the fh grip?

      No make sure you’re in continental. Pronation can’t occur or is severely limited if you’re not in continental.

      Same principle on the overhead where it’s a little easier to see.
